Google Pixel

Los Angeles CA 2019

To celebrate Dia De Los Muertos, the Google Pixel team collaborated with Verizon at the iconic Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles. A traditional DDLM altar served as the backdrop, creating a beautiful photo moment for guests to engage with and experience the true quality of the newest Pixel 4 phone. The activation welcomed over 1,200 guests, who interacted with a subtly but visibly branded backdrop while exploring the Pixel 4’s features.
The experience included themed curated treats and various photo opportunities, all contributing to a memorable celebration. The customer journey was enhanced with pre- and post-surveys, gift bags, and branded snow cones and Mexican hot chocolate, creating a holistic and engaging experience for attendees. The event successfully combined the celebration of Dia De Los Muertos traditions with showcasing the unique features of the Pixel 4.
